We seek a highly creative and technically skilled Social Media & Digital Marketing Community Assistant to establish and manage the company’s online presence. This role will be responsible for setting up, growing, and maintaining all social media platforms, creating engaging digital content, and driving strategies to strengthen brand visibility, engagement, and community loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Setup & Management: Create and optimize company profiles across key social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube).
- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and implement social media calendars, campaigns, and digital strategies to drive visibility and engagement.
- Creative Production: Design compelling graphics, take and edit high-quality photos/videos, and produce digital content tailored for diverse platforms.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, respond, and grow online communities by building meaningful conversations with audiences.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report performance using digital analytics tools to inform data-driven decisions.
- Digital Marketing Support: Assist in running paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), email marketing, and SEO initiatives.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with social media and digital trends, and creatively adapt them to suit the brand.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in graphics, photography, and multimedia content production.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), social media scheduling/management platforms, and analytics tools.
- Experience in content strategy development, digital campaigns, and online community management.
- Practical knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid digital advertising is a plus.
