Position Summary
The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for the design, installation, operation, and maintenance of mechanical systems in construction projects, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, standards, and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, review, and implement mechanical systems for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical reports.
- Supervise mechanical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor and maintain mechanical systems for performance and safety.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulations, and environmental guidelines.
- Prepare technical documentation, maintenance manuals, and progress reports.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- BSc. Mechanical Engineering.
- Professional membership in a relevant engineering body.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering within construction.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in mechanical design software and tools.
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and standards.
- Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
