Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lower Primary Tutor at Prospect International School, located in Gbawe. The Lower Primary Tutor will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons for lower primary students, assessing and evaluating student progress, maintaining a positive classroom environment, and supporting students’ social and emotional development. The tutor will also communicate with parents and collaborate with other staff to enhance the educational experience for all students.

Qualifications
- Excellent teaching skills and experience in lower primary education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and parents effectively
- Proficiency in classroom management and creating a positive learning environment
- Ability to develop lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to students' needs
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
- Experience with international curriculum is a plus
- Commitment to professional development and continued learning
