As a member of the Consulting Finance team, you will be required to support the transformation of our clients’ finance functions by providing innovative solutions to reengineer accounting policies and processes, internal controls, and risk management processes. Additionally, you will explore how reporting processes can be enhanced through the adoption of new technologies and reporting tools, including ERP and data analytics tools.
We are seeking a finance professional who would work as a consultant to help transform our clients’ finance functions in the private sector, with innovative services aimed at enhancing the value of our clients’ businesses.

- Actively participate in engagement delivery.
- Actively participate in market development activities.
- Actively contribute insight and ideas and assist in drafting high quality project reports.
- Participate in research and support the development of the private sector finance portfolio
- Keep abreast of current industry and economic developments relevant to our client’s business.
- Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge.
- Use technology and tools to continually learn and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance the delivery of services.

To qualify for the role, you must have the following:
Technical Skills And Experience
- Consulting experience is highly desired
- At least five years’ experience delivering change in a Finance function environment – gained either from prior experience in consulting, working in the private or public sector/government parastatal within the operational finance or accounting function.
- Understanding of finance processes and finance technology, including but not limited to ERP, Reporting/Visualization systems & tools.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Sage etc
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and technical writing skills
- Display teamwork, integrity and leadership
Educational And Academic Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration from a reputable institution
- Professional Certification in Accounting (CA Ghana, ACCA or CIMA) is a plus
- An advanced degree from a reputable institution will be a bonus
