Job Summary
We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Depot Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our Cocoa Depot. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the depot to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or damage.
- Safeguard the Cocoa beans against theft.
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarm systems.
- Control access to the depot, verifying credentials and logging all visitors and vehicles.
- Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances.
- Report any security breaches, incidents, or suspicious activities to management.
- Maintain a secure and orderly environment, including enforcing company policies and procedures.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a Security role is preferred.
- Strong observation and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in emergency situations.
- Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
