A company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Stock Manager to oversee the inventory and warehouse operations at Darkoman, Accra. The ideal candidate will ensure that stock levels are maintained, accurately recorded, and efficiently managed to meet customer and production demands. This role is critical in preventing stockouts, minimizing overstock, and enhancing operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, stock movements, and reorder points.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stock to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast inventory needs.
- Generate regular inventory reports and present stock status to management.
- Manage and train stock/inventory clerks and warehouse staff.
- Ensure proper documentation of stock transfers, returns, and disposals.
- Monitor stock expiry dates (especially for perishable or time-sensitive goods).
- Implement and manage stock security measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in stock or inventory management, preferably within Ghana.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and inventory reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Candidates Location:
- Should be residing around Odokor, Darkoman, Dansoman, Kaneshie, Bubuashie, and environs.
Compensation:
Starting salary of GHC3,500 per month.
