Full Job Description - Read Carefully
We’re looking for a results-driven Student Counsellor to join our team at One Education Ghana (East Legon Office).
If you’re passionate about helping students achieve their study abroad dreams and have the drive to see them through to enrolment, we want you on our team.
Your Role:
- Guide prospective students through the full study abroad process—from consultation to successful enrolment.
- Communicate with partner universities and assist with application submissions.
- Support students with document preparation, visa guidance, and pre-departure arrangements.
- Maintain accurate records of student engagements and applications.
- Proactively seek, collect, and convert your own leads into enrolled students, not relying solely on provided leads.
- Meet and exceed monthly student recruitment and enrolment targets.

What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and counselling skills.
- Proven ability to convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Self-motivated with the initiative to drive results without being prompted.
- Serious, detail-oriented, and committed to achieving goals.
- Experience in education consulting, counselling, sales & marketing or customer service is an advantage.
- Tech-savvy and social media aware.
- Based in Accra and available for full-time work at our East Legon office.
- Must have a minimum qualification of Bachelors Degree with at least 2 years full
