Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Political Analyst, based in Accra. The Political Analyst will be responsible for researching and analyzing political trends, project managementproviding insightful political analysis, and preparing detailed reports. Daily tasks also include monitoring political developments, advising on political strategies, and communicating findings to various stakeholders. The analyst will work in collaboration with other team members to provide comprehensive political insights.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills for analyzing data and trends
- Expertise in Political Science, Politics, and Political Analysis
- Excellent Communication skills for effectively conveying findings and insights
- Relevant educational background such as a degree in Political Science or related field
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with political research and analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, Public Administration, Project Management, International Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in political strategy, public affairs, or project management.
- Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate political environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving ability and political tact.
Preferred:
- Experience working with government agencies, elected officials, or political campaigns.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience in advocacy, nonprofit, or international development work.
