Job Responsibilities:
- Core Finance & Accounting Functions
- Treasury Operations Management
- Internal Controls & Financial Integrity
- Statutory Audit & Compliance Management
- Taxation & Regulatory Liaison
- Risk Management
- Commercial Finance Support
- Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS Reporting
- Board Reporting & Presentations
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) & Process Improvements
- Ad hoc Reporting & Business Analysis & others
- Technical Proficiency & Adaptability

Requirements
Education Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance
- Chartered Accountant (CA) Qualified
Experience:
- Minimum of 7+ years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting; experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
- Hands-on ERP experience is a must, with preference for SAP S/4 HANA.
- Prior work experience in Africa is essential, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in Ghana.
Knowledge/Skills:
Mandatory Skills:
- CA Qualified
- 4+ Years of African Market Experience
Functional/Technical:
- Finance & Accounting,
- Strong understanding of cash flow management, fund planning, and banking operations
- Sound knowledge of corporate taxation, indirect taxes, and experience in handling tax audits and liaising with tax authorities
- Experience working with ERP systems; SAP S/4 HANA preferred. Advanced skills in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for financial modelling, reporting, and presentations
- Generate and interpret management reports (MIS), analyse financial data for decision-making, and support strategic business initiative
