Definition of the job
Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and monitoring utility systems, including HVAC, boilers, compressors, water treatment, and LPG supply. Ensures efficient operation through routine inspections, troubleshooting, and system checks. Upholds safety, hygiene, quality, and GMP standards, while keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Activities
- Maintaining, repairing of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) system;
- Ensures the well-functioning of the water treatment system;
- Receiving and supply of LPG to the Plant;
- Ensures the correct operation of cooling and heating systems;
- Performs routine inspections and troubleshoots issues on utility equipment such as Boilers, Acs, water treatment, compressors and water distribution systems;
- System monitoring and checks on utility equipment;
- Ensures compliance with safety and utility standards;
- Follow and comply with the company’s laid-down hygiene, safety, Quality, and GMPs.

Specific requirements for the work position
Qualifications and prerequisites:
- MET 2 or 3;
- EET 2 or 3;
- Refrigeration Technician;
- knowledge in Heating System, Ventilation System and Refrigeration System.
Soft skills:
- The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, and demonstrate both effective teamwork and collaboration as well as the ability to work independently. A high level of analytical thinking is essential, along with proven accuracy in recordkeeping and reporting.
