As an Outbound Agent, your role is to reacquire lapsed players, stimulate wagering thereby increasing overall profit of the company.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Devices strategies to reacquire lapsed players.
- Records and reports feedback from engagements.
- Assists with Adhoc outbound engagements as instructed by their reporting line.
- Monitors, reviews and shares key insights from player engagement.
- The job holder may be required to complete any other reasonable duties in order to achieve business objectives.

- AMS
- Relationship Managers
- Call Centre
- Marketing Team
Essential Skills You’ll Bring To The Table
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other relevant field
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
- Ability to market products
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (MS Word, excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent writing and reporting skills.
- Ability to analyze data
PERSONALITY COMPETENCIES
- Excellent communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
