Adansi Travels is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Manager
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and MOUs across various sectors
- Provide legal advice on governance, employment law, and regulatory matters
- Lead compliance initiatives and internal audits
- Oversee board meetings, prepare minutes, and ensure statutory filings
- Support all Adansi Travels subsidiaries in legal and compliance
- Train staff on legal awareness, anti-bribery, and data privacy
Qualifications
- A qualified lawyer (LLB + BL or admission to the Bar)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in legal & compliance roles
- Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple business units & deliver results
