Position Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Technology Officer (TO) to lead the development of our innovative STEM-focused technologies. The TO will oversee all technical aspects, from software development to the integration of advanced technologies like AI, IoT, and robotics. This is an equity-based partner position, offering the opportunity to build transformative products and shape the future of education & technology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of software development projects, including web, mobile, and cloud solutions.
- Integrate emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT).
- Build and manage a high-performance technical team.
- Align technical goals with business objectives to drive growth and innovation.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in software development and cloud-based technologies.
- Deep understanding of STEM-related fields such as robotics, AI, and data science.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
Equity-Based Compensation: 8-12%
