Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for National Service Opportunity (2025/2026) located in Accra. The individual will be responsible for daily tasks such as customer service, marketing, financial analysis, and general administrative duties. Tasks will include analyzing financial information, providing customer support, handling transactions, and ensuring efficient service delivery to clients. They will also assist in various projects and contribute to achieving the company's goals and objectives.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Statistics or any related field
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus
