Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Backend Developer. The Backend Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with backend web development, including designing and building server-side applications, ensuring the responsiveness and efficiency of the API stacks, and integrating front-end elements built by the team. Key responsibilities also include database management, optimization of system performance, and debugging and troubleshooting application code.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
- Basic knowledge of Front-End Development
- Competence in Programming using various languages commonly used in backend development
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the technology industry is a plus
