We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at CareTech, a leading provider of smart home automation, surveillance systems, networking solutions, and advanced tech products in Ghana!
Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you will:
- Promote and sell our range of smart home devices (lighting, security, voice control), surveillance systems (CCTV & IP Cameras), networking equipment, and other tech solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, businesses, and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on the benefits of our solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide customised solutions for clients.

Qualifications
- Proven sales experience (tech sales experience is a plus!).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of smart home tech, networking, or security systems is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license (ability to travel for client meetings).
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field (not mandatory but beneficial).
