African Diaspora Resource Centre (ADRC) helps members in the African Diaspora visit and relocate seamlessly back home to Ghana with a focus on education, community, and identity restoration. Our goal is to support individuals in their journey of reconnecting with their roots and building a community in Ghana
Role Description
This is an internship role for a Hospitality and Tourism Specialist at the African Diaspora Resource Centre, Ghana. The intern will be responsible for providing customer service, hospitality, and consular support, as well as communicating with clients. They will also assist homecoming diasporans in resettling in the country, support newly resettling diaspora members with housing accommodations, and plan activities and programs to build the diaspora community. This role requires on-site work in Adjiringanor.

Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Hospitality and Tourism services
- Ability to provide excellent Hospitality Service
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for supporting others
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid setting
- Knowledge of the tourism industry and cultural awareness
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
Work Schedule: Part time, 24 hours per week
Position type: Internship (3 months)
Compensation: Stipend provided
