Job Summary
Sidan Associates and Partners is seeking a talented and versatile Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join our creative team. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for crafting engaging visual content across various platforms. You will be responsible for editing compelling video content and designing impactful graphics that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Video Editing:
- Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and impactful content for various platforms (e.g., social media, website, presentations, internal communications, showcasing design and construction projects).
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, sound effects, and music to enhance video quality and storytelling.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual style, and quality across all video productions.
- Perform color correction, audio mixing, and basic sound design.
- Manage and organize video project files and assets efficiently.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.
Graphic Design:
- Conceptualize and design a wide range of visual materials, including social media graphics, website banners, email templates, presentation slides, brochures, flyers, and other marketing collateral relevant to the design and construction industry.
- Develop creative visual concepts that effectively communicate key messages and resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing and other internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.
- Prepare design files for digital and print production as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of relevant work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including but not limited to:
- Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects
- Graphic Design: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
