We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketer to promote our brand, products, and services across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both digital and traditional marketing strategies, with the ability to create compelling campaigns that engage audiences and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to promote the organization’s services.
- Manage the company’s digital presence, including social media, email marketing, and website content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials (flyers, brochures, ads).
- Organize and represent the company at marketing events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain and grow customer databases and support client retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to support lead generation.
- Track and report the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, CRM, etc.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience (healthcare or service industry preferred).
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media platforms, email tools, SEO basics).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.) are an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: GHS 1000 - 1500
