Adehyeman Savings and Loans LTD, a leading financial institution, is seeking qualified professionals to join its dynamic team as part of an expansion drive to deepen financial inclusion and improve the livelihoods of its customers for a better future. Below is the position required: Data Scientist / Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights to drive business decisions
- Develop predictive models to support digital lending, customer segmentation and product development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven strategies
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations

Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, computer science or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data science or analytics, preferably in banking or finance
- Proficiency in Python, SQL and data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
