The Role
We're seeking a talented Design Creative with a keen eye for aesthetics and a strategic mind to bring our clients' visions to life. You'll be instrumental in developing visually stunning and effective advertising materials across various platforms, from concept to execution. This role demands creativity, technical proficiency, and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and engaging design concepts for a wide range of advertising campaigns, including print, digital, social media, outdoor, and experiential.
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual solutions that meet client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Execute high-quality design work using industry-standard software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, account managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive and integrated campaign delivery.
- Present design concepts and rationale to internal teams and clients, effectively articulating creative choices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software advancements, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance creative output.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a design role within an advertising agency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work across different media and industries.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs.
