Position Summary

Nestlé is currently looking for an Analytics and Reporting Specialist in our Nestlé Business Services Office who consults with End to End Leads, Process Optimizers, Automation Partners, Market and Business leaders to design, build and deliver reports and analytics solutions to simplify and automate the process. Also design and deliver standards, frameworks, tools, statistical models and methodology.

Your responsibilities:

  • Lead the delivery and tailoring of reports and analytics solutions to Nestlé businesses and markets as needed.
  • Deliver insightful solutions to assist in business decision making.
  • Create new solution to meet the need of business stakeholders.
  • Support team members to come up with innovative analytics to aid business planning with the market partners.
  • Contribute towards continuous improvements of the framework to ensure constant best practices are adopted.
  • Deliver key figures from data and provide KPI analytics to aid monthly and quarterly meetings and effective discussions.
  • Deliver data analytics learning assets to other team members .
  • Contribute towards the continuous improvement of learning materials
  • Support markets as they learn self-service reporting and survey tools.

What Makes You Successful?

  • Ability to design in Power BI is desirable
  • Preference for ability to code in R and Python
  • An advanced degree in a quantitative discipline is an advantage
  • Ability to use Power Automate and Report builder ( an added advantage)
  • Curiosity for how business organizations function, how they can perform better, and the ability to formulate business-relevant questions and testable hypotheses
  • Demonstrate success in translating data into insights
  • Demonstrate experience in partnering with business leaders to turn insights into actionable people strategies
  • Stakeholder management experience at the highest organization levels
  • Ability to communicate complex statistical analysis to business leaders and professionals.
  • Experience in applying advanced analytical techniques (both qualitative and quantitative) to solve business problems
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to circumstances, applying general methodologies and guidelines to specific situations
  • Experience and comfort working and leading projects in cross functional and geographical teams.
  • Proficiency in English
  • High capacity and desire to learn

Minimum Educational Qualification: 

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering and Business Administration especially in Economics , Statistics and Actuarial Science.

Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in analytics and reporting.
