The Brands Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive the commercial success, visibility, and market leadership of the Boulevard Menswear brand. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Brand Management

  • Develop and implement annual brand strategies to position the brand as the destination for fashionable clothing in Ghana.
  • Define and maintain consistent brand aesthetics, tone of voice, and customer experience across all platforms.

2. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Drive retail and online sales strategies to meet the sales target.
  • Collaborate with retail operations to ensure high-performance sales teams and optimized in-store experiences.
  • Lead the implementation of promotional campaigns, seasonal sales events, and pricing strategies.

3. Product and Inventory Oversight

  • Coordinate with buying and inventory teams to curate collections aligned with customer preferences and market trends.
  • Ensure availability of top-performing SKUs and recommend markdown strategies for slow-moving stock.

4. Marketing & Communications

  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing plans including digital advertising, social media, influencer partnerships, PR, and customer engagement.
  • Manage content creation, photo/video shoots, and brand storytelling.

5. Customer Growth & Loyalty

  • Implement initiatives to grow the customer base by 30% annually.
  • Develop and manage clienteling programs, loyalty schemes, and personalized experiences to drive customer retention.
