--> The Careers and Internship Placement Coordinator is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing career development and internship placement services for students and recent graduates. This role serves as a key link between the institution, students, and industry partners to facilitate meaningful employment and internship opportunities.
The coordinator will work closely with academic departments, corporate partners, and alumni to provide career counseling, organize job readiness workshops, and coordinate internship programs that align with students' academic backgrounds and career aspirations. The position requires strong relationship management, organisational, and communication skills to ensure a seamless transition for students from education to employment.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in career services, talent acquisition, or student affairs.
- Strong understanding of the current labor market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with career services or CRM platforms.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
