Wellgiant Pharmacy Limited is a growing wholesale pharmaceutical company located in Asylum Down, Accra. We are seeking a motivated and professional Sales & Marketing Representative to join our team and help expand our footprint in both private and public healthcare facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the company’s pharmaceutical products to pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics.
- Maintain and grow client relationships through regular visits and excellent service delivery.
- Execute territory-specific business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Provide accurate product information and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market dynamics.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, product meetings, and training sessions.
- Submit timely and accurate weekly/monthly reports and customer feedback to the supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or Basic Sciences (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or related fields).
- 1–2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a sales rep, marketing executive, or medical representative.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Desirable Skills:
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience engaging Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) or working in therapeutic areas is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage territory planning.
