With an expand presence in Ghana, we are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and optimize our office’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for both hardware and software systems.
- You will be responsible for managing all IT-related functions, including network systems, hardware maintenance, software update cybersecurity, and technical support for office staff.
- You will ensure all IT systems run efficiently, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that enhance operational performance.
- IT Infrastructure & Hardware Management Oversee setup and configuration of workstations, networking equipment, and office devices.
- Software & Systems Administration Oversee CRM, dispatching software, and other logistics-related tools used by Reload Freight Global.
- Cybersecurity & Data Protection Manage firewall, antivirus software, and internal IT policies. Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues in the Ghana office.
- Train staff on IT best practices, security protocols, and software usage. Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve efficiency and security.
- Collaborate with leadership to align IT with business needs and growth strategies.
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum of 3+ years of IT management experience, preferably in a corporate or logistics environment. Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS, Website management, coding, networking (LAN/WAN), cloud solutions, Software and hardware skills and cybersecurity best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
