We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our guests. This role involves managing reservations, welcoming guests, and handling inquiries efficiently and professionally.

Success in this position means creating a warm and helpful atmosphere, managing administrative tasks with precision, and supporting smooth communication between guests and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and assist with check-ins/check-outs.
  • Manage bookings, reservations, and room availability.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide information.
  • Handle guest concerns or requests promptly and courteously.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.

Qualifications

Education: Diploma or certificate in Front Office, Hospitality, or Business Administration.

Experience: Previous receptionist or front desk experience in hospitality is preferred.

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
  • Neat appearance and welcoming attitude.
  • Time management and multitasking ability.
  • Calm under pressure and attentive to details.
