Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of security guards, ensuring deployment and adherence to security policies
- Conduct patrols, inspections, and respond to security breaches and emergencies
- Provide training and performance evaluations for security personnel
- Monitor security equipment and systems
- Investigate incidents and coordinate with law enforcement
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures
Required Skills or Experience
- O'Level/SSCE/Diploma in a relevant field with 2-3 years of security experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and report-writing skills
- Knowledge of security equipment and systems
- Familiarity with laws and regulations
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods
- Valid motor riding license or Driver license - C
