Born from hands-on experience, Warc Africa has grown into a diverse team from 16 countries. In Ghana's Upper West Region, we serve over 10,000 farmers and have a footprint in Sierra Leone. Our female-run Trading Hubs provide farmers with vital resources and markets. Our ambition is to amplify our transformative influence across the African continent.

Required Skills or Experience
- Education: Must have completed Senior High School (WASSCE) with passes in relevant technical subjects.
- Certifications: Must possess a recognised technical or vocational certificate in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of hands-on experience as a mechanic in an industrial setting (experience working with silo or grain storage systems will be advantage)
- Skills: Proficiency in reading mechanical drawings, using hand and power tools, good understanding of motor and gearbox maintenance, and performing basic welding.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety.
