Job Summary:
The Enterprise Application Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise applications. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals, collaborating with various departments, and ensuring that our applications meet the business needs and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, availability, and performance of enterprise applications.
- Develop and implement application strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the integration of new applications and upgrades to existing systems.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our applications remain competitive.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for application-related services.
- Prepare and manage budgets for application projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Application Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application systems and software.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with project management and application lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of IT security and compliance standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
