We’re looking for a Social Media Assistant to help with simple daily updates on our platforms and assist in capturing short moments of customer experiences. This is a role for someone who is smart, consistent, and good with phones and communication.
Key Duties:
- Capture or create and post short videos or pictures of daily activities or customer moments.
- Update our social media platforms at least 3 times a day with relevant content.
- Share updates about our promotions or activities with customers daily.
- Keep a record of customer contacts and update our database every day.
- Reply or forward any basic customer inquiries to the right team member.

Requirements:
- Basic smartphone skills (photos, videos, social media apps).
- Must be able to use CapCut or any other video editing apps
- Must be able to use Canva or any other graphic designing or editing apps
- Able to speak and write simple English.
- Friendly attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be available consistently and be reliable.
