Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Representative located in Accra. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales, providing outstanding customer service, and offering technical expertise on our range of hospitality and foodservice equipment.
Day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, providing customer training, and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and service.
Qualifications
- Technical Sales and Sales skills
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Training customers on product use
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the hospitality or equipment sales industry is beneficial
