Key Responsibilities
1. Project Manager
- Plan, execute, and oversee high-impact projects to ensure timely delivery and optimal quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, issue resolutions, and progress reports.
2. Site Engineer
- Supervise project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and technical compliance.
- Resolve on-site challenges and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor manpower productivity and ensure adherence to timelines.
3. Design Engineer
- Develop detailed electrical designs, layouts, and specifications aligned with global standards.
- Collaborate with consultants to collect field data and propose innovative solutions.
- Create new and “As Built” drawings for efficient implementation.
4. Commissioning Engineer
- Test and commission installations to ensure optimal functionality.
- Identify system issues, recommend corrective actions, and compile test documentation.
- Coordinate commissioning activities and produce comprehensive reports.

Required Skills or Experience
Qualifications & Experience- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience: Demonstrated expertise in project design, execution, and commissioning.
- Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage.
Skills & Abilities- Strong technical expertise and strategic problem-solving skills.
- Innovative mindset with an ability to think creatively and implement solutions.
- Proficiency in interpreting codes, standards, and complex technical designs.
- Leadership capabilities to inspire and manage diverse teams.
