You will play a multifaceted role, engaging as a Project Manager, Site Engineer, Design Engineer, Commissioning Engineer, and Technical Lead, ensuring no two days are the same. Key Responsibilities

1. Project Manager

  • Plan, execute, and oversee high-impact projects to ensure timely delivery and optimal quality.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain stakeholder relationships.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, issue resolutions, and progress reports.

2. Site Engineer

  • Supervise project execution, ensuring safety, quality, and technical compliance.
  • Resolve on-site challenges and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor manpower productivity and ensure adherence to timelines.

3. Design Engineer

  • Develop detailed electrical designs, layouts, and specifications aligned with global standards.
  • Collaborate with consultants to collect field data and propose innovative solutions.
  • Create new and “As Built” drawings for efficient implementation.

4. Commissioning Engineer

  • Test and commission installations to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Identify system issues, recommend corrective actions, and compile test documentation.
  • Coordinate commissioning activities and produce comprehensive reports.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications & Experience
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience: Demonstrated expertise in project design, execution, and commissioning.
  • Certifications: Relevant technical certifications are an added advantage.

  • Strong technical expertise and strategic problem-solving skills.
