DevWorld Tech Academy (DWTA) in Accra is seeking a full-time, on-site instructor to teach and manage our Repairs, IT Support & Troubleshooting skill track.
This is an immediate employment opportunity for a qualified individual (IT, Mobile & Computer Repair Technician Instructor / Technical Support Trainer) who will teach and mentor students in various device repair, IT Support, etc courses, while also providing client services in the field of basic networking, device setup and configurations, repairs, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct students in the following areas:
-
- Smartphone Repair Technician
- Computer Repair Technician
- Computer Support Specialist
- IT Support Specialist
- Develop and deliver practical lessons and assessments.
- Guide students through real-world troubleshooting scenarios.
Technical Support & Repairs:
- Manage and operate the school’s devices and systems repair shop.
- Perform daily repairs on smartphones, computers, and network systems.
- Provide on-site IT support for IT infrastructure.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or vendor-specific repair certifications (e.g., Apple, Samsung) are a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in device repairs and IT support.
- Skills in Network Administration and Network Security is an advantage.
- Strong background in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Proven teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with students of varying skill levels.
