Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize office files and documents
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to Directors
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist in the preparation of reports and organisation of same for audit and monitoring by sub-recipients
- Liaise with project officers on the field to ensure operational efficiency.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
- Provide general administrative support to the team
