DKT Ghana – Graduate Learning Internship Program
Position: Data Analyst Intern (1-Year Program)
- Location: Accra, Ghana
- Duration: 12 Months (Full-Time)
- Reports To: New Business Development and Monitoring & Evaluation Manager
- Start Date: 1st June 2025

Program Overview
The Graduate Learning Internship Program is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience in data analysis within the context of reproductive health programs. Interns will work closely with our Monitoring & Evaluation and New Business Development teams to support data-driven decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Management:
- Assist in collecting, cleaning, and managing datasets related to program activities.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Generate reports and dashboards to support program monitoring and decision-making.
- AI Prompting & Automation:
- Utilize AI tools (e.g., Deep Seek, ChatGPT) to develop prompts that automate data analysis tasks.
- Explore innovative ways to integrate AI into data processing workflows.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with AI prompting techniques and tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Bard).
- Analytical & Problem-Solving:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
- Communication & Teamwork:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Adaptability & Learning:
- Willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
