Job Summary:

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented to join our agribusiness team in Accra. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote and sell the company’s products to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide regular reports and feedback on market trends and sales performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Certifications in fields like project management, accounting, international business or Msc in these fields will be a plus
