Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented to join our agribusiness team in Accra. The ideal candidates will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Promote and sell the company’s products to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on market trends and sales performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management, Communications, or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in fields like project management, accounting, international business or Msc in these fields will be a plus
