--> The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting feasibility studies and preparing detailed cost estimates
- Developing and maintaining Bill of Quantities (BoQs) and cost plans
- Managing tendering processes, including the preparation and evaluation of tender documents
- Monitoring project expenditures and ensuring cost control throughout the project life cycle
- Assessing and certifying contractor payments and variations
- Collaborating with project teams to ensure value for money and adherence to budgets
- Providing advice on contractual claims and procurement strategies
Qualification Required & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Economics, or a related field. A postgraduate qualification is an advantage
- Professional membership, membership with a recognized professional body such as the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying and cost management within the building and road construction sectors
