Role Description
- Develop architectural concepts in line with the project brief and client requirements.
- Create preliminary sketches and designs, considering aesthetics, functionality, safety, and sustainability.
- Utilize software like SketchUp, 3D Max, and other tools to create 3D models and renderings for better visualisation and understanding of the design.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present design concepts and proposals, incorporating client feedback and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including sales and other professionals, to ensure a cohesive and successful project outcome.
Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.
- Proven experience in interior design
- Proficiency in architectural design software (Sketch Up, 3D Max, AutoCAD, Revit, etc.)
- Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
- Strong creativity, design sensibility, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
