Position Overview
DGI is currently recruiting a Country Coordinator (Ghana) to oversee and support the implementation of our after-school mentorship programs.
This is a part-time volunteer leadership position, ideal for someone with a passion for youth empowerment, strong organizational skills, and a heart for service. The initial commitment is for one full program cycle, with potential for continued involvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate mentor schedules and organize school-based mentorship sessions
- Maintain consistent communication with the founder and core team
- Submit monthly reports and field updates
- Support logistics, community outreach, and volunteer engagement
Time Commitment
- Approximately 8–12 hours per week (may vary based on program activities)
Compensation
- This is a volunteer position
- A modest stipend may be considered in the future based on performance and available funding
