We, Kranoc Engineering Limited, are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Officer to join our team of mining support service professionals. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
1. Project Management:
- Oversee construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
2. Site Management:
- Manage construction sites, including supervising personnel, equipment, and materials.
- Ensure that sites are safe, secure, and compliant with relevant regulations.

3. Quality Control:
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that construction work meets the required quality standards.
- Identify and address any quality issues or defects.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
- Identify new business opportunities and pursue them in collaboration with the sales team.
5. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit reports to management and clients on construction projects and progress.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of construction activities.
Qualifications
1. Education:
- Certificate or diploma in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, civil engineering).
- Bachelor's degree or certifications (e.g., CCM, CSC) are desirable.
2. Experience:
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in construction management, with a focus on the mining industry.
- Proven track record of managing construction projects in the mining industry.

- Excellent leadership and management skills.
