Role Overview:
We’re seeking a hands-on Operations Lead/Manager to drive production, logistics, supply chain, and facility management as we scale. You will optimize processes, lead a small team, ensure product quality, and work closely with leadership to build a strong operational foundation for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations: production, procurement, warehousing, logistics.
- Build and refine operational systems and workflows.
- Oversee supplier management and raw material sourcing.
- Implement KPIs for production output, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and workplace standards.
- Support facility upgrades and new product development.
Who You Are:
- 3+ years in operations, food processing, agribusiness, or manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup, fast-growth environment.
- Knowledge of food safety, supply chain management, and lean operations.
- Passionate about agriculture, innovation, and social impact.
