Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to drive customer acquisition, forge strategic partnerships, and expand Digistore's footprint across Ghana. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy professional passionate about digital transformation, business growth, and innovative sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to onboard onto the Digistore platform.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement lead generation campaigns.
  • Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product development and improve service offerings.
  • Represent Digistore at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or digital services.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the E-Commerce landscape in Ghana and West Africa.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
