As part of our commitment to shaping the next generation of brilliant and justice-oriented lawyers, we are inviting applications for the position of Trainee Associate. This is a developmental role for individuals preparing to begin their professional journey or seeking a permanent entry into long-term legal practice with us.
We are looking for exceptional candidates who are either:
In their final year at the Ghana School of Law, and will soon be eligible for pupillage; or
Recently called to the Ghana Bar and have completed pupillage, and are now seeking a full-time role with a progressive, impact-driven legal practice.

Minimum Requirements:
- Final-year student at the Ghana School of Law, OR
- Recently called to the Ghana Bar and completed pupillage.
- Excellent writing, research, and legal reasoning skills.
- Demonstrated interest in litigation, public law, human rights, or corporate practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of organisation, attention to detail, and accountability.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative legal team.
Bonus Attributes:
- Prior experience through internships or volunteer work in legal or advocacy settings.
- Interest in law and development, governance reform, or civil society engagement.
- Familiarity with legal technology tools and modern research databases.
