As a Workshop Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of wide range of motor vehicles including routine Maintenance, inspection, diagnosis and repair work for electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical vehicle systems.
- Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults efficiently and accurately.
- Detect and report any additional faults for further repair, verify vehicle functions and its subsystems and carrying out retrofitting work and assessment.
- Conducting vehicle inspections and ensuring all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations.
- Using diagnostic tools and software to assess vehicle performance.
- Maintain and provide detailed service records, documentation and reports for each vehicle.
- Ensuring workshop equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
- Collaborating with service advisors, workshop controller and other technicians to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
