We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Sizzle Grills & Barbecues. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of running a restaurant, helping out wherever needed, and ensuring our customers have a great experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Help manage and support the team, ensuring everyone knows what to do.
- Make sure customers are happy and any issues are handled quickly.
- Keep track of stock and make sure the kitchen is well-stocked.
- Ensure all food safety rules and cleanliness standards are met.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or a similar role.
- Able to lead a team and keep things running efficiently.
- Good communication and people skills.
- A positive attitude, willing to jump in and help out.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends.
