Role Overview
We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to manage our financial transactions and support financial management. The successful candidate will be crucial in maintaining accurate financial records, tracking loan-related activities, and assisting in financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Record and manage daily financial transactions
- Disburse approved loans to clients and receive repayments
- Monitor and track loan disbursements and repayments
- Assist with preparing financial reports and summaries
- Support budget tracking and cash flow management
- Maintain proper filing and organization of financial documents
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls
- Assist with payroll processing, petty cash management, and bank reconciliations
Minimum Qualifications
- HND, Diploma, or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software
