Reports to: Marketing Manager
Duties
- Work with Software Developers to manage and maintain the functionality of the company website.
- Design, build and maintain online presence and brand of the company by creating content for social media, and managing such campaigns.
- Manag promotions, social media advert and other published content.
- Manage SEO/SEM/SMM proficiency to ensure the company website is easily found by the target audience.
- Use paid online advertisements to drive traffic to the website.
- Convert website visits or social networking by engaging with customers on all social media handles in real time.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Analyze metrics on digital marketing campaigns and comparing against KPIs
- Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channel design and strategy, and optimizing based on insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Perform other work-related duties that may be assigned.

Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- A certificate in Digital Marketing Fundamentals will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 1-2 years progressive working experience in a similar role
- Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email and social media advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audience and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience or knowledge in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
- Resides in Tema or surrounding areas
