Job Description
A real estate company that offers property buyers a better option in terms of land sale, land documentation, building and construction, and property management is in search of a talented and passionate young individual to join its team as a Digital Marketer

This individual will work seamlessly with the rest of the digital marketing team to ensure all online activity complements offline efforts. He/She will be responsible for combining marketing and digital media creative skills to architect and enhance company digital media presences, including promoting brands, enhancing online engagements and interacting with customers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a consistent content strategy.
- Actively participate in relevant conversations and build relationships with your followers.
- Monitor and analyse performance.
- Track key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and adjust your strategy accordingly.
- Stay informed about platform updates and best practices.
- Uphold brand integrity.
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
- A certificate in Digital Marketing Fundamentals will be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 1 - 2 years of progressive working experience in a similar role.
- Experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM/SMM, marketing database, email and social media advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Experience or knowledge in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Resides in Tema or the surrounding areas.
