Job Summary:
As a Volunteer at Elevate Africa Network, you will play a hands-on role in driving impact across our projects and community initiatives. You will work directly with the Programs Team to implement events, gather essential data and support workshops that address key issues such as youth development, girl-child empowerment and climate sustainability. Success in this role means being proactive, team-oriented, and committed to delivering results that positively influence the lives of young people across Ghana and beyond.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Support: Contribute to the planning, coordination and implementation of community-based projects and programs.
- Events & Workshop Assistance: Support the design, logistics and execution of events, training sessions, and outreach campaigns.
- Data Gathering: Assist in collecting and organising data for program monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other volunteers and team leads to achieve program goals effectively.

Qualification :
Education
- Currently enrolled in or a graduate of any tertiary institution (University, Technical or Professional Program).
Skills & Attributes:
- Highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about youth development and community service
- Willingness to learn, grow and contribute meaningfully to a team
